Disappointing Experience I had one of the worst dining experiences at Mamagoto yesterday. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely pathetic. Despite waiting patiently, no one acknowledged or attended to us. When we finally approached the staff to ask for seating, they were shockingly rude and dismissive. It felt like we were being completely ignored, and the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. For a restaurant that claims to offer a good dining experience, this was a complete letdown. We left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I genuinely expected better, and I will definitely not be returning. Not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'd heard a lot from my friends about Mamagoto and I took the opportunity to give a try when one of my colleague from South East Asia visited. The ambience is good, the food options look good. The staff looked friendly. The food taste is good, not the best though. There are other restaurants that do better. Reason for 1 star rating -. We were served the wrong drinks. When we tried to ask them to check the order again and send the right drink, the manager came back with the same drink and said its the correct drink. We spoke to the person who noted our orders and she immediately realised its incorrect order. She went back and got the correct one. If there was someone who didn't remember what was ordered, they'd have charged us for something we never ordered. When the food arrived, the person who served it mentioned its the non-veg version when we ordered the vegetarian one. I got trust issues with the service they provided, the food is good. But if you are a vegetarian, I'm not sure if its right to trust the food they're serving. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Make sure you check with them twice if they've served vegetarian food. First off they didn't give a plate for my 9yr old daughter. We had to ask and remind them that she would eat too! All the servers were in raggedy shape, dirty tshirts, and literally strolling around not bothered to serve or even bring the food/beverages ready on their kitchen counter. We got our drinks after telling them that it's sitting ready please bring them. All are clueless and walking around, really funny. Even saw a lady in casual clothes coming out of the kitchen (cook) taking her hair cap off and just walking. Awful service. Did not expect this in Gurgaon. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+
