After you have seen Margao Municipal Park, come to this restaurant. Many people visit Mama Su's to taste perfectly cooked chorizo. Most people think that the staff is appealing at this place. The new IRCTC-SWIGGY collab allows passengers on train to order from Mama Su’s from the comfort of their berth. I was handed the food right at the train door. So firstly, good job on that SWIGGY. I had ordered the chicken cafreal pao, the prawns balchao pao and the egg caldinha which came with pao. The food was really authentic tasting and homely. I recently visited Mama Su's in Margaon, and it was an experience worth sharing. The decor was welcoming, with a hint of Goan vibe, setting the perfect mood for a delightful meal. The menu offered a good variety of options. I chose the Choriz Pao (Sausage Pav), which was served with right amount of heat. It was authentically Goan and absolutely delicious. For dinner, I had the Chicken Cafreal, which hit all the right notes. Although I was not a big fan of tender coconut cream before, I must admit it won me over this time. She prepares the food herself with a lot of love, showcasing her passion. Her cheerful demeanor makes the entire experience worthwhile. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.
