Mama ji Katlambe Chole wale, wow what a unique name, just like the unique taste of their chole and Katlambe. Very nice and humble guy, who makes this amazing dish. The chole were very tasty and the katalambas were very crunchy. They also serve chaas (buttermilk) which was very good.. The only thing which upsets me was, there was no sitting area and you had to eat standing on the side of the road.
