Let me give you a tag!! pathetic!!!!! its the first time i got this experience & i won't spare . As normally how every people order there food and i did the same . my address is already stored and every time i received the delivery as expected. today one of your person called and told me you have given wrong address, i told him i have given right address and even cross verified the same. but he told your GPS is not given properly.OK whats that GPS??? if i have clearly mentioned in delivery address why to over react and give your own suggestions, without knowing me you rejected my order not listening to my grievances and above that your Zomato Executive called me and talked rudely and instead of solving my problem straight away told your order is cancelled or you can go and collect the order by yourself and no amount will get refund. Wait ! what was that no amount will get refund i didn't cancelled my order , neither my amount was refunded nor i get my food..i almost waited for 1 hr and in return i got this. my time plus money everything was wasted. that stupid Zomato support not even reading messages and repeating same thing my policy.your service , your employee and everything is unparalleled and unprofessional. you don't have alternate remedy ahh what. straight away deducting my money and behaving this way.
