I recently had an extremely distressing experience with the Bombil Thali and Prawns Masala at this restaurant. The fish in the thali was stale, with a distinctly off-putting smell and mushy texture, indicating poor storage and handling. The prawns in the masala were rubbery and had a sour taste, suggesting the gravy was either reheated multiple times or had gone bad.What was even more alarming was the hygiene standard. All chutneys and onions were kept open in the fridge, exposed to air and contaminants, and had a rancid smell. This careless storage practice is not only unprofessional but also a serious health risk. Within hours of consuming the meal, I experienced severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting – confirmed by the doctor as acute food poisoning caused by spoiled seafood or contaminated condiments.The staff’s response was indifferent and unprofessional, showing no concern for the situation. If you value your health, avoid this place entirely. There are far better and safer dining options out there.
