Horrendous Service – Rude, Arrogant, and Clueless StaffMalibu, Udaipur, is hands down the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff is not just rude but outright disrespectful—especially towards women, slamming the door in my female friend’s face. They refused to let us back in just because we drank Appy Fizz outside after they disallowed it inside. We even asked them to smell the drink and see for themselves that it wasn’t alcoholic, but their sheer stupidity and arrogance prevailed. Our food, vehicle keys, and phones were still inside, and at 11 PM, they had no concern for leaving us stranded. Unprofessional, ill-mannered, and a disgrace to hospitality. Stay far away from this place!
