Extremely disappointing experience at Malgudi. The service was pathetic — we had to wait 45 minutes just for someone to take our order. The staff was completely inattentive and seemed uninterested in serving customers. The table was filthy, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. This kind of service is simply not tolerable. Strongly not recommended.
