Received wrong order – poor response. Ordered Pothu Biryani & Chicken Fry, got Chicken Biryani & Roast instead. Restaurant gave false explanations, then denied the mistake when Zomato followed up. Totally unprofessional. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never order food from this Malabar mess i have placed order at 8pm and they have delivered at my place at 11 pm. Worst delivery that i have ever seen in my life that's why never order food from Malabar mess. And delivery guy was telling he has got the order only 10 minutes before reaching my location. So always order food from Zomato and swiggy friends.
