I recently visited Malabar kitchen and had a mixed experience. The service was good, with the staff being friendly and attentive, which was a pleasant start to my visit. However, there were several aspects that left much to be desired. First, the tea was quite disappointing. It tasted off, and to make matters worse, the tea glass was not properly washed. This made me question the overall hygiene standards of the cafe. The tables were also not clean, adding to my concerns about cleanliness. It's crucial for any dining establishment to maintain high cleanliness standards, and unfortunately, Malabar kitchen fell short in this regard. The ambiance of the cafe was just okay. While it wasn't anything special, it wasn't bad either. It had a simple, laid-back vibe which could be enjoyable if not for the cleanliness issues. On the brighter side, the parking space was ample and convenient, which is always a plus. As for the food, the shawarma was okay—nothing to write home about but decent enough for a quick bite. The juice was average, not particularly refreshing but not terrible either. In summary, while Malabar kitchen has potential with its good service and convenient parking, the poor tea quality, lack of cleanliness, and just average food items make it hard for me to recommend. There are definitely areas for improvement, especially in maintaining hygiene and improving the quality of their beverages.
