Tasty fried chicken and nicely cooked chicken biryani will impress you at the first bite. Most guests mention that the staff is competent. The prompt service is a big benefit of this restaurant. Prices are found democratic here. Expect the cool atmosphere at Malabar Hotel. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Hotel Malabar is in the central area of Kolhapur near Shahpuri Masjid on Kolhapur to Kunkeshwar road. This place also has lodging and boarding facilities at an affordable rate nearby. I would like to mention a few like Athithi. This is a must visit place for non-veg lovers. My favourites are like paya soup, mutton thali, and chicken thali. Mutton is of goat and not sheep ( as it is Kolhapur). This place will not disappoint you for quantity and taste. Just one suggestion don't take veg eaters with you as they have a common kitchen for veg and non-veg. Parking is available for 2 wheelers near the hotel for 4 wheelers you can park near the masjid. The Name is Malabar Hotel, unfortunately there is only one Kerala dish "Kerala porota", except that all other items on the menu are normal North Indian dishes. The food is below average, Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
