If there was an option to give zero stars then that would be the mark but since that aint possible in reviews I’m forced to give even 1 star to this irresponsible set of people. Had a horrbile experience with this place. I booked sadya for onam from Here and they didnt even have the decency to deliver on time. I started calling them at 12:00 pm and they didnt even pack our stuff for delivery at the time, after calling them relentlessly they still didnt give a proper reply and finally sent the package off in some auto and the auto driver even demanded we pay the charge when all payments regarding the delivery of the sadya was done earlier itself. We finally received the delivery by a totally clueless autodriver who seemed like he was also decieved at 2:00 pm. Two hours of calling led to a delivery. If we didnt bother to call they prolly wouldnt even have delivered. The total cost of the sadya plus delivery is 3000 rs. Which is not worth it at all for this kind of service. Zero service mentality and the staff are also very irresponsible. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
