I am really sad with my experience with Makhan chor mithai Wala.
I ordered a rasmalai. They provided me the wrong product. I tried to connect with zomato team but I am not able to chat with human bot is always having communication with me. I took a picture of the product still they didn't return or replace my item.
Then I tried to connect with the shopkeeper(Markham Chor mithai wala). He told me to come to shop and replace the item. I thought to go there and as I reached there he took the item and he didn't replace the item neither he return me my payment.
Other then this he started talking me rubbish way. Also he tried to threaten me that go and do anything I will sell like this only. I am very disappointed with this rude behaviour of the shopkeeper.
I will suggest every one who is visiting this shop or ordering from this shop should keep this incident in his/her mind and then decide that he/she should order or not.
