I had heard a lot about major bakery and decided to try it out. In short - PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I purchased Chicken Patties, Chicken Rolls, Veg Samosas, Layered Chocolate Cake and Bolhinhas (Goan Coconut and Semolina Cookies). The Patties, Rolls and Samosas were stale and tasted very bland. The chicken tasted somewhat uncooked. The Bolhinhas or Cookies were made in coconut oil and were stale as well! Their famous chocolate layered cake was hard, dry and the cream was made using margarine. The shop was so horribly kept that it’s difficult to even stand. The lady at the counter was careless and rude, had no manners to speak. The bakery has MAJOR problems that question hygiene. I would recommend that everyone STAY AWAY from this place if you value your health.
