On June 22nd 2025, my family visited Majestic Mandi Family Restaurant and ordered a Chicken Ghee Roast Mandi and a Lollipop Mandi (jumbo). The rice portion in the ghee roast was extremely small for a jumbo order, and we were told at the last moment that the Lollipop Mandi was unavailable, which was frustrating as no prior notice was given. This left us disappointed, and we couldn’t enjoy our meal properly. The owner’s response was unhelpful, and the customer service felt dismissive. I suggest the restaurant informs customers about unavailable items before taking orders and ensures portions match expectations.
