If there is some option for zero star I would go for that...! Highly disfavour this place, Total mismanagement Staff is not at all trained! Do not understand basic sentences in local languages like Marathi and Hindi Service is damn slow Nothing I mean nothing on time! No rooms were prepared well before we checked in No taste in food, inspite they served bread which was rotten with fungus Omlet even they don't know how to cook half cooked omlet was served They tell you a different menu for breakfast and than change the complete menu without your concern.... No tissues, salt, pepper, lemon like basics were given on the table for breakfast and you call it a resort? Highly highly disfavour this place! Not at all worth and it's highly expensive as per the service!!! We were with our dog and just instructed them to give boil chicken with stock, though they are having 2 dogs they don't know this basic they threw the stock and given I don't what at the name of chicken! Total wastage of time and money Vacation mode spoiled like hell! Service: 1

Hello Sheetal! Sorry to hear that you highly disfavours this place. We would like to come clean and clarify some points here, 1. Our place do not allow pets hence it is not pet friendly but yet we considered you(which we think now is bad choice we should have said no prior.) 2. We would like to mention that Bread served to you was served to others yet no complaints from other side. 3. We also like to mention that You were pretty different when you asked for chicken for your dog or being rude to the staff when they told you not to pluck chickoo or don’t take plucked chickoo into the room. 4. Also we highly like to mention that our Place is designed for peaceful stay and relaxation hence we have it easy and normal pace. 5. We also like to mention that the Breakfast is COMPLIMENTARY and it is completely on our discretion; if you wanted something you could have ordered it yourself, we provide that facility too. Yet we tried our best to make you happy! Heartfelt Apologies for all the inconvenience. Team Maitry Park
