Very nice place. The staff is great. Was there for tres leches. The only thing restricted me giving a 5 stars is that I was expecting that the cake and the milk would be given seperately for the texture I was looking for. It is nice though. Terrible Experience – Burnt Pizza, Poor Packing & Zero Responsibility! I ordered a pizza twice from this restaurant through Swiggy—and both times were a disaster. First Order: The pizza arrived in horrible condition—completely stuck to the top of the box due to extremely poor packing. I returned it and requested a fresh one. I even personally called the restaurant to make sure they packed it well and sent a properly made pizza. Second Order: This time, they sent me a burnt pizza! And since it was already late at night and the restaurant had closed, I couldn't even report it right away. The next day, I raised a complaint with photos, but the restaurant owner refused to accept any mistake and said I was “too late to complain.” I explained clearly that they delivered the burnt pizza when the restaurant was already closed, but they simply didn’t care. ₹525 totally wasted. Neither my dinner nor my money was respected. No accountability, no apology—irresponsible behaviour. Both orders were placed through Swiggy. Highly disappointed. Will never order again. However, we’d like to clarify a few points for transparency: For your first order, the issue seemed to have occurred during delivery by the Swiggy rider, which unfortunately was beyond our control. Regarding the second order, our pizzas are baked to a crisp golden-brown finish, never burnt, and the picture you uploaded also reflects this. You reached out to us the next day at dinner time for a replacement—had we been informed the same day as the cafe was still open, would have been more than happy to assist, even for the third time.
