– Disappointing Experience Had a very poor experience at Mairu Bistro. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait over an hour. The service staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and seemed completely disinterested. Basic amenities like fans and coolers weren’t working, making the wait even worse. The food quality was below average—not worth the hype. Only the ambience is somewhat decent, but that alone can’t save the place. Overall, the maintenance is pathetic. Not recommended. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
