The rice was too dry and nowhere near the quality that we normally expect from Mainland China. We have ordered egg fried rice from Mainland China several times. Apparently, it has been discontinued. So, we ordered egg and chicken fried rice and it turned out to be rather disappointing. The Singapore Chilli Shrimp was also lacking in flavour and the shrimp pieces were very small.
