My wife ordered food from mainland china Kalyan nagar, through swiggy. The food got delivered within 45 minutes which is unusual for the four dishes we had ordered..the food did not taste anything like Chinese probably a street vendor would have delivered better tasting meal than this branded outlet.Anyways left the honest feedback about the meal in swiggy and also called the branch to talk to manager to give the feedback personally. The manager could not track the order we got on the printed bill with the delivery.. though he apologised for our bad experience and also offered to resend the order . Something fishy in the whole process, how come a restaurant not be able to track what is getting out of their kitchen..We felt the outlet is neglecting app based orders and the quality of the food has definitely deteriorated..We always have had better experience from main land china in Kolkata or central Bangalore(Church street)..
