I’ve visited this restaurant in the past and had a good experience, but this time it was completely disappointing. We waited for 5 minutes just to be told “we don’t have staff right now.” The tone and attitude of the staff were rude and careless — no apology, no effort to manage customers properly. As someone who came back expecting the same level of service, this visit was a letdown. The management really needs to work on staff behavior and customer handling. Returning guests shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
