Pathetic Experience at Hotel Mahesh Morbi Despite booking a Deluxe Room, I was assigned a semi-deluxe room, which was far from the standards I expected. When I raised this issue with the reception, I was offered an alternative room with excessive moisture, which was equally unsatisfactory. The overall condition of the hotel is quite poor. It appears that the property has not been renovated in a long time, and the maintenance is clearly lacking. The images displayed on Travel Sites do not accurately represent the current state of the hotel. Furthermore, the dining experience was also disappointing. The restaurant seating was in a deplorable state, with torn sofas haphazardly repaired with cello tape. Given the significant discrepancy between the promised services and the actual experience, I requested a full refund for my booking. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the substandard accommodations and services provided. Service: 1
