I recently attended an event at maharaja palassio and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue was the cleanliness; the tables were not properly cleaned and one of our found dead*MICE* from floor front of stage. Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which led to long wait times for food. Overall, I would not recommend this place for future events.

The venue has a stunning ambiance and a beautiful atmosphere, making it a great place for gatherings. However, the food service leaves much to be desired. Despite requesting items multiple times, the service was unresponsive, even at the managerial level. I attended two family functions here, and while the setting was impressive, the dining experience did not meet expectations. Improvements in service would truly elevate this place.

We organized our engagement at this hall last year, and while I didn’t write a review then, I feel it’s important to share our experience now. The venue itself was beautiful and well-maintained, which initially impressed us. However, the service was a huge disappointment and brought embarrassment to our family in front of the groom’s family and guests. Despite paying a significant amount to ensure good service, the staff failed miserably. The groom’s side of the family didn’t even receive many of the items listed in the menu. The groom himself asked for coffee multiple times but was completely ignored. My parents even spoke to the manager during the event and asked him to ensure the waiters served properly. He told them to relax and enjoy the event, assuring them he’d handle everything – but he clearly didn’t. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism was not what we expected, especially for such an important occasion. While the hall itself is lovely, the poor service caused embarrassment and disappointment. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and ensures better service for future events.
