The venue has a stunning ambiance and a beautiful atmosphere, making it a great place for gatherings. However, the food service leaves much to be desired. Despite requesting items multiple times, the service was unresponsive, even at the managerial level. I attended two family functions here, and while the setting was impressive, the dining experience did not meet expectations. Improvements in service would truly elevate this place.

I recently attended an event at maharaja palassio and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue was the cleanliness; the tables were not properly cleaned and one of our found dead*MICE* from floor front of stage. Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which led to long wait times for food. Overall, I would not recommend this place for future events.

Worst experience. I would not recommend anyone to have their wedding planned in this banquet. They only have 1 stage decor setup which is already there, yet they will still charge you 15k extra. No decor was done on tables for my wedding. No service was provided at all. Highly disappointed. You say something to be done, they’ll charge you minimum 10k for each n everything. My groom’s family needed a room, they only have 1 room in which no sheets were provided, not even on bed. They don’t even have any extra mattress. Washroom didn’t have any lock in room. Worst part was the light , during our wedding ceremony lights went off 4 times. I wonder what kind of banquet hall or palace have lighting issues when they know there’ll be a ceremony going on. Do not waste your money, I would say there are lots of other better options out there. I was in Canada, therefore, I saw this palace’s reviews and asked my parents to book it for my big day. But I must say, they’ve ruined my big day to their upmost. Gave them 1 star just for their food’s taste.
