I placed an order for a single grilled sandwich and waited for 40 minutes with my wife and daughter. During this time, several customers who arrived after me received their orders, which was quite frustrating. I had already made my payment, so the lengthy wait was particularly disappointing. The staff member at the counter only reassured me that my order was being processed and would be ready soon. My family has advised me not to return in the future.
