Spices Matter! Yes you heard it right. To make the food special you have to procure right and premium quality spices which this Dhaba people mastered it. Mahadev Dhaba is pure vegetarian Dhaba which caters the taste buds of foddies in Banglore. Located Lil outside the city and a perfect place for night dinner. Maintained moderately neat and clean. Besides that it has got pure Dhaba set up with sitting and all. One can get the authentic feel of Rajasthani Dhaba. When it comes to the food, this Dhaba makes a real difference. Probably one of the best Rajasthani food junction in Bangalore. We tried the famous Bhendi Fry, Dhal Kichadi in addition to the starters such as baby corn pepper dry and Gobi Manchurian . The food was heavenly delicious. I'm not sure which method they use to cook whether it is wood fire or normal gas one, but the food was cooked with right temperature and little Smokey flavour added in to it which made the dishes even more delicious. The best thing is... food is served with super hot and there is no deficiency in butter and ghee. Dhal Kichadi was fantabulous with medium spice and properly cooked different grains Finally tried must try sweet lassi with cream and nuts added in it. It was really delicious too. Service is really good. The guys are very humble and polite. Over all best Dhaba experience. If you are in Bangalore and looking for proper Rajasthani food, here you go!
