Biryani Rice was hard, it was almost cooked but not completely cooked. So my family couldn't enjoy that ? much due to its taste

I repeat this is special chicken biryani!! The portion and quality is much worse than last time I ordered from here. Sher-e-bengal and Mahabhoj both are crap. Best is to go for other restaurants who don't offer much discounts as huge discount is a trap.
