Worst New Year Experience Ever – Magzika Beach Shack We visited this place to celebrate New Year’s, hoping for a joyful and memorable evening. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster and a total waste of time and money. We were made to wait for more than THREE HOURS for food, and shockingly, no plates were provided at all. The service was so poorly managed that it felt like there was no system, no coordination, and no concern for guests. To make things even worse, there was absolutely no beverage service, and we were forced to serve ourselves, which is completely unacceptable at any paid establishment—especially on New Year’s Eve. What was supposed to be a celebration turned into frustration, anger, and disappointment. The food service, hospitality, and overall management were a complete failure. This place clearly has no respect for customers or their time. Very, very, very bad experience. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place again and will never return myself.
