HAIR IN FOOD! Visited the outlet at Ecoworld on the 2nd of November and got a simple cupcake(dine in). I found hair on my cupcake which was horrifying and immediately showed it to the manager. He insisted I take something else but I had lost appetite because of the disgust since I wasn’t even sure if it’s human hair. Again it could be but once the thought comes in you can’t shake it away. The manager finally agreed when I said I had pictures of it but also told me in store refund isn’t possible and asked me to write down my contact info for the back end team. Been over a month and nobody has reached out. I was assured this wouldn’t happen and yet here we are. This isn’t as much about the money as it is about a brand not being responsible for hygiene (they charge for quality) and how they deal with customer grievances. Although now they did get free extra cash and no responsibility taken :/. Service: 1 Service: Dine in

Selling plum cakes with alcohol in it and not even bothering to put it on display so kids don’t eat it. This outlet is a let down version of original Magnolia bakery. If you want an original flavour, I suggest go to Indiranagar. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
