Recently, I visited Magic Momos, a popular street food located at Thamburanmukk on the NH Bypass, right opposite Kunnil Hypermarket. Known for its variety of momos, this place definitely caters to momo lovers craving a quick and satisfying bite. In addition to momos they offer chicken lollipop. Both chicken momos and paneer momos are available. I ordered three types of chicken momos: Steamed, Fried, and Schezwan. The Steamed Chicken Momos were soft, juicy, and had a well-seasoned filling that hit the right notes. The Fried Chicken Momos added a crispy twist to the classic dish, giving a satisfying crunch with every bite. However, the highlight for me was the Schezwan Chicken Momos. Sweet and a little spicy with a tangy Schezwan kick that lingered pleasantly on the palate. Service was prompt, and despite being a street setup, the area was clean and hygienically maintained. With an expense of just ₹100–₹150 per person, Magic Momos offers great value for money. The portion sizes are somewhat enough to fill you up without burning a hole in your pocket. Though it’s a no-frills setup without seating, the food quality makes up for the lack of ambience. It's a perfect spot for a quick snack or takeaway.
