Great food, v authentic experience. We ordered poori Tokri, the spinach and daal poori were really crispy and yummy. However, the aloo was spicy. We also ordered masaledaar chicken, which was v tender and well cooked. The kathal biryani was also v delicious. The service was even betterservice with a smilethe server kept educating us making it a v special experience. Overall great experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Magadh and Awadh a few days ago, and unfortunately, my experience with the food was disappointing. For starters, I ordered Masaledar Murga. It was neither a proper starter nor a gravy dish—something confusingly in between. The preparation was overloaded with masala but lacked any real spice or flavor. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to order it. The second starter was Seekh Kebab. Before ordering, I specifically asked if they prepare it fresh in-house rather than serving frozen ones, and the staff assured me it was freshly made. However, when it arrived, it didn’t taste fresh at all. A good seekh kebab should be juicy, flavorful, and highlight the taste of mutton, but here it felt bland, with other ingredients overpowering the meat. Another big disappointment. For the main course, we had Bhuna Maans (mutton), which was comparatively better—the pieces were fine, and the preparation was decent. But the Khamiri Roti was a complete letdown. Instead of being soft and airy, it was made entirely of maida, heavy and tasteless. It seemed like they didn’t understand what authentic khamiri roti should be. Overall, the food was unsatisfactory, and I don’t plan on returning. If you do decide to visit, I’d suggest exercising caution while ordering.
