One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in Bir. We were a group of 8–10 people, and from the outset the staff was uncooperative and dismissive. Despite having space, they refused to join two tables, making the seating unnecessarily uncomfortable. The real issue, however, was the complete lack of basic diligence with food. We had clearly ordered vegetarian dishes, yet we were served garlic bread with chicken. Some of us are strictly vegetarian/Jain, and we only realised this after eating. This is not a small mistake — it is a serious and unacceptable lapse. It didn’t end there. They served paneer tikka instead of paneer chilli, were extremely slow with orders, and the staff was rude and defensive when we pointed out their errors instead of taking accountability. What was most shocking was that the manager was present on the premises throughout but did not bother to come over, acknowledge the situation, or apologise. This place shows a complete disregard for customer service, accuracy, and basic respect for dietary preferences. Avoid at all costs.
