I visited Madrasi Raja yesterday, hoping for a good South Indian meal, but the experience was quite disappointing. The ambience was just okay-okay—nothing special, but not terrible either. However, the biggest letdown was the kitchen condition. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and found some cockroaches on the serving counter which was quite off-putting and made me question the overall hygiene of the place. The staff weren’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly welcoming or attentive. The service felt flat, adding to an already underwhelming visit. Overall, I would not recommend dining at Madrasi Raja. With so many better and cleaner South Indian options available, this one sadly doesn’t make the cut. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
