The name 'King of Chaat' of Lucknow, which has been going on since 1941, was given by the first woman Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Sarojini Naidu. Lucknow is famous all over the country for its special dishes and flavours. This chaat is found in the city of Nawabs. shop which is about 83 years old Today, Arjun Tandon ji is running it in the third generation. The most famous flavor here is Kesar Gujiya, which is not like Holi Gujiya but is made from dahi vada. It is prepared by adding dry fruits, saffron and curd in dahi vada. Is performed This shop, which operates only for 3 hours in the evening, is open only from 5 pm to 8:30 pm. Along with Pani Batashe, Tikki, Kabli Matar and Kesar Gujiya, Dahi Batashe is also included in their amazing flavours.
