I was truly disappointed with my recent visit to Madras Dosa Centre. We ordered just one Masala Dosa, and what we received was far from what we expected. The dosa had barely any potato stuffing, and to make it worse, the onions and tomatoes sprinkled on top were raw. The potato itself tasted like it was simply boiled and thrown in — no flavor, no care. The staff’s behavior was equally upsetting. Just because we ordered a single dosa, we were treated as if we didn’t matter. Meanwhile, customers who looked like they were spending more were getting special service. No one responded even after calling multiple times, and we had to get up ourselves just to grab an extra spoon. It's heartbreaking because their dosas used to be so good before. Now, they’ve increased their prices but completely destroyed the taste and service. Madras Dosa Centre has lost its charm — and sadly, my trust too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
