See Pondy Bazaar by default, the guests' recommendation is to visit Madras Coffee House as well. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.
The coffee was reasonably good taste wise......however, the quality and the flavour was definit ely not consistant / commensurate with the price charged Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Madras Coffee House has been in our Chennai city for quite a few years and the outlets have been mushrooming at a rapid pace across different pockets of the city. The uniqueness of the way this outlet differs from the other ones is that it is one of the few outlets which has an inner cafe space to stand and consume their eateries irrespective of the outside weather like rain or peak summer during April - May. It is one of the highlights of this place and the people who work here are very friendly with a smiling place. The major drawback is that the outlet is not at all clean and they did not clean the tables and the garbage bags were kept inside the outlet. I liked the fact that the entire outlet was with just women. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
