Who wants to eat their food like that? ?
On top of that he had the audacity to misbehave!! I found sambar a bit spicy, so I was consuming the idlys with chutney, brought in an extremely tiny bowl. Usually when a customer wants extra chutney or sambar, restaurants tend to give a larger bowl of the same if they understand that the customer wants more, Here each time I asked for chutney, this guy made a big angry face!! & Then he had the audacity to say that he won't give me chutney!! I had to tell him that based on the policy of restaurant they can charge extra but can't say no! Then the two owners present there had to tell him to serve it but he seemed to be bullying owner also into adding the charge for that tiny bowl of extra chutney at randomly cited cost of 30% of the cost of the dish, which was not in line with the restaurant policy (because I had eaten many times there with my family) !!! The owner refused & asked him to serve, which is a gesture I appreciate. But right in front of owner's eyes, them tolerating an extremely disinterested, rude & bullying behaviour towards their customer & towards them was beyond me!!
I would appreciate if the restaurant trains their staff / keeps staff that has atleast some interest in serving food to people.
