We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.During your visit, no concerns were shared with our team while the dishes were being served or consumed. When the matter was raised at billing, our manager offered to replace the dishes, but the offer was declined. As a policy, we’re unable to remove items after they have been fully consumed.For clarity, our chef and core kitchen team have remained unchanged for the past five years. Nevertheless, we take all feedback seriously and have shared this internally for review.We always encourage guests to let us know immediately if something isn’t to their liking so we can make it right at the table.
