An Authentic Taste of Bihar in the Heart of MumbaiMoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott brought Bihar’s soulful flavours alive through their special food festival, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The menu curated by Chef Rachnaa Prasad beautifully captured the essence of Bihar’s kitchens. From the smoky and comforting Litti Chokha to the rich, slow-cooked Champaran Mutton, each dish had depth of flavour and authenticity that made it stand out. The vegetarian delicacies too were wholesome and packed with taste, highlighting the diversity of the cuisine.The ambience of MoMo Café added warmth to the dining experience, and the staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was how every dish carried a homely feel yet was presented with elegance. It felt like travelling through Bihar’s culinary traditions while sitting in the heart of Mumbai.A beautifully curated festival that celebrates culture, flavour, and comfort on a plate.
