I had ordered Penda from Madhavi. Within just 2 days, the food got spoiled and even had insects in it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns.I request a refund/compensation and strict action against the restaurant to ensure such unhygienic food is not delivered again.

Dear Vaibhav, we understand your disappointment. But Madhvi always delivered fresh products on a daily basis, Penda in your case. And we do not add any preservatives, giving it the low shelf life. That's why our sweets are to be consumed within 24 hours from buying. Also, they should not be kept in refrigerator, which leads to fungus issue due to moisture contact. This is also mentioned on the packaging. Rest assured we follow all food safety guidelines and adhere to all of it.
