Title: Worst Experience Ever – Ruined My Birthday! Review: Absolutely pathetic experience with Madhurima MNH Bakery, Lucknow! The cake arrived in a completely ruined condition — smashed, blended, and not even fit to be called a cake. This was meant for a birthday celebration and they completely spoiled it. When I called the restaurant, they didn’t even empathize — instead said, “Do whatever you want, we won’t exchange it.” Such arrogant and indecent behavior! Horrible service, zero professionalism, and no sense of responsibility. Don’t ever order from this place — they’ll ruin your special day with their careless attitude and worst service ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
