Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Food Delivery (Despite Clear Instructions) Dear Madhurima Restaurant Team, Last night, I visited your Vibhuti Khand branch and specifically ordered Jain food (without onion and garlic). The food served on the table was correct as per my request. However, I had also ordered a plate of paneer chilli (without onion and garlic) for takeaway, which I intended to eat the next day. To my shock, when I opened the packed food the next day, it clearly contained onion and garlic, which was completely against what I had ordered and paid for. When I called to raise a complaint and provided the bill as proof, I spoke to someone named Mr. Rawat, who flatly refused to accept any responsibility. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he rudely disconnected the call mid-conversation. I had paid ₹400 for that dish, and yet your staff is refusing to even correct their own mistake. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a reputed restaurant like yours. I went to this restaurant with my family at 10:30pm to have dinner the waiter even refused to clean the table first nd thn manager asked to give order while we were standing he is the most foolish man we have ever met thn 2nd incident happened we took our seats nd ordered thn they gave us only 2 lacha parathas nd we were 7 people we asked for more chaptis he refused to give nd said this is the time of our kitchen closing if thr kitchen gets closed on a certain time then why they let the customer enter he behaved so rudely thn he dared to even closed the lights whn we were eating with this attitude i don’t think this restaurant will survive for so long Service: 1
