Hello ma’am, we have received the experience you had with us and it was terrible. We own our mistake. The mithai you received was a display piece that was wrongly put in your bag instead of the actual pack that was supposed to be put. There is no justification for the stale product you received, we should have been careful. We have had a word with your father and have sent the fresh pieces that were supposed to be delivered in the first place. Once again we are extremely sorry for your experience, we promise to be extra careful next time. Thank you for your time to write the review and let us know about our mistake.
