Madhavettante Chayakkada in Tirur is a hidden gem for anyone who loves a perfect cup of tea and authentic Kerala snacks. I’ve visited this place multiple times, and every time, I’ve been impressed with the consistent taste and quality. Their tea is simply one of the best I’ve had—rich, strong, and perfectly brewed. It’s the kind of tea that makes you want to sit back and relax with every sip. What truly stands out here is the variety of Kerala-style snacks. Whether it’s pazham pori, parippu vada, or ullivada, everything is served fresh and hot. The flavors are traditional and homely, giving you that nostalgic “naadan” feel. The hygiene and cleanliness of the shop are also commendable. In a time where cleanliness is so important, Madhavettante Chayakkada maintains a neat and organized space. The staff here are very friendly and respectful. Their hospitality makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to limited seating during busy hours. It can get a bit crowded. But overall, it’s a wonderful spot that lives up to its name. Highly recommended for chai and snack lovers in and around Tirur!
