So here is the summary of my experience: 1) Ambience - 4/5 2) Staff Behavior- 5/5 3) Service - 2/5. Reason : Most of the dishes on the menu were unavailable like prawn, lamb etc. Secondly due to weekend crowd they forgot to prepare one dish we had ordered. 4) Food Quantity - 5/5 5) Food Quality - 3/5. Reason: The way this place is hyped up. Food taste was just average like any other place. Secondly the dessert we had ordered was strawberry chocolate Pastry which was icey cold. Last but the not the list their hot coco drink (hot chocolate) hazelnut flavor was a DISASTER. Too sweet not thick. Just chocolate powder and hot water. That's it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Madéline India in Kothrud turned out to be a complete disappointment. The place has absolutely no vibe—the seating area is oddly designed with small round tables that feel cramped and uncomfortable. Service is painfully slow and shockingly unorganised. To make things worse, they served the main course before the appetizers, which clearly shows a lack of basic restaurant coordination. Coming to the food—it was awful. We ordered mozzarella sticks as a starter; they arrived at the very end, cold, with the cheese literally frozen back inside. We had also ordered pink sauce pasta, specifically requesting it to be less spicy for my nephew. Either the instructions were completely ignored or the chef has no sense of spice levels—the pasta was loaded with chilli flakes and was red-hot spicy, uncomfortable even for me. To balance that disaster, we ordered white sauce pasta, and honestly, we regretted that decision too. Bland, poorly cooked, and not worth the price at all. This place is way too expensive for the pathetic food quality and terrible service it offers. Easily one of my worst dining experiences in recent times. Strongly suggest you avoid this place if you can. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Atmosphere is good, happening, youth friendly. Smokers sit outside, inside is non smoking zone. Food is very expensive looking at the quantity, very unessesory expensive. Tasted normal, nothing special. Fresh menu, neither can say very healthy nor junk, somewhere in middle. Plenty books to choose & read from but they should categorise them properly. Waiting time is too much as many youngsters just sit with laptop doing stuff rather eating. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
