Worst resort i have ever stayed for this price no proper lighting and Even hot water is not available.fan is not powerful enough.overall i prefer to not choose this resort for stay

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. Despite asking multiple times, the staff refused to help my elderly mother carry her suitcases down a flight of stairs. They also made excuses and disappeared when we requested assistance walking her to the taxi rank. The lack of basic courtesy and support, especially for someone elderly, was incredibly disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone—particularly those traveling with older family members or needing any assistance. The rooms are also very very stuffy and have no air flow, doesn’t help that they are dark and not decorated.
