I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to Mad Over Shakes left me completely dissatisfied and frustrated. ## Unhelpful Service When I visited, I ordered a ** Banana Caramel Milkshake** without realizing that the menu also included a natural banana shake. After placing my order, I politely asked the cashier if I could change it, but he refused, stating only Banana Caramel was available and no changes could be made. I felt the staff were unsympathetic and unwilling to accommodate a simple request. ## Lousy Shake Quality - When my shake arrived, I was shocked by the lack of flavor—there was neither banana nor caramel present. Instead, I received what tasted like basic vanilla ice cream mixed with milk. - The shake was nothing like what was described or expected. ## Negative Aftereffects - After just a few sips, I felt sick and experienced a horrible brain freeze. - The quality and taste did not match the high price I paid, making my disappointment even worse. ## Overpriced for Poor Value - The shake was **highly overpriced** considering how bland and flavorless it was. - The taste and quality were nowhere near what was advertised or promised. ## Final Thoughts Overall, my experience at Mad Over Shakes was extremely poor—unhelpful staff, a misleading menu, subpar milkshake quality, unpleasant side effects, and high prices. We had mango mastani, Oreo shake, chocolate brownie shake, brownie with nutella and rasmalai shake. The rasmalai shake and the chocolate brownie shake were very and good respectively while the rest were just ok. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
