I had pathetic experience at MOD kumar pacific mall pune today 15th june 2025 .on occasion of fathers day , I Ordered pack of 6 'i love dad' donut pack for 625Rs. Donuts were so shabby i felt ashamed to present it to my father . Moreover the guy in orange shirt was so rude and told me this is not a grammar class when i complained about it . As a MOD lover , I would suggest shop owner to kindly hire professionals or just like many shops in the mall this will also end up closing business permanently. Attached photos for reference .
