We ordered a hot beverage and they served cold coffee. Ok ok Experience. You can try other outlets for coffee. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Mod is known for its donuts. So that was obviously good. But service was worst. The guy informed us that it is too much for us to ask for heating the donuts. I feel it was the effect of Sunday but should service behaviour dependent on weekdays... ? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The people who are doing the service are not good. They are very adamant and very harsh people. Rough with the customer I have taken a doughnut worth one ₹35 plus GST called Mokka truffle. They have heated for more than eight seconds, and that is why it has completely melted. I told him to change it. They told no whether you take the cold one or you will get like this. So first, they are not ready to admit their mistake. Second, they are not providing replacement attached, the photographs of all these great heroes of Mad over donuts. The owner owner is not a rich man. He will pay attention to them if he’s arrange bunk, then he doesn’t care if his name is getting spoiled. He doesn’t care he’s getting money. Why will he care but if the owner is serious about customer service, he will fire these people. Please note that the male person in this was adamant. He was the head. It seems and he’s not ready to give replacement. He’s telling either you take it cold or without heating or if we are heating it, you will get it like this only. It is not the first time we are eating this doughnut. We are eating it every now and then, but still, this behaviour is there from Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
