Visited MOD on 4th June around 9:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff gave me the wrong donut because the labels were swapped — Chocolate Therapy was tagged as Chocolate Brownie and vice versa. When I pointed it out politely, the employee responded with an irritated look instead of acknowledging the mistake. At billing, I said “thank you,” and he snapped back saying, “no, you have to take the bill,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. The donuts are great, but the service really needs improvement. Service: 1

Food is great but the staff there! Wow Visited the place for some goodness! The staff working there was Rude He was just in a mood Replying rudely to a thankyou is crazy! Taking a certain tone with a Doctor friend of mine for saying “thankyou” with a smile on her face! For god sakes! Even when we entered he was banging the microwave idk for what but that guy has got some anger issues! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Mad Over Donuts and it was a great experience. The donuts and waffles were all freshly made and the flavors were great. They had a wide variety of donuts to choose from. The waffles were light, fluffy and had a delicious crunch to them. I had 1. Nutty-Ella waffle 2. Strawberry dreamy waffle Highly recommend Mad Over Donuts for anyone looking for a delicious treat.
