I ordered hot chocolate and 3 donuts from there and there was a COCKROACH in my hot chocolate and was extremely disappointed. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. I urge the management and staff to prioritize cleanliness in both the kitchen and food storage areas. Proper sanitation is crucial to ensure the safety of customers. I hope this issue is addressed immediately to prevent such incidents from happening again.
