i ordered from this place through Swiggy, expecting a tasty treat, but it was the worst experience ever. Instead of a proper donut, I received just a plain bun—no sugar, no cream, nothing! It was completely disappointing and not worth the money. I’ve had much better donuts elsewhere. Definitely not ordering from here again, and I’d recommend avoiding both this shop and online orders from them. Food: 1

18th March at 18:03hrs to purchase items for a 19-person little send off celebration. So we went to the mad over donut shop at pheonix marketcity. And I'm always crazy about donuts. So went to taste them, but the cashier counter was manned by a gentleman. He was on the phone, minding his own business, When attractive two women and two gentlemen were packing stuff. But no one says hallo no bothering us. Stood there 3mins hoping they'll back say atleast hi expected. Perhaps you could let guest know about mad over donuts that was for allow to enjoy certain customer at their location! In order to make it pleasant not to return. After discovering instruction. I'm sorry it was not so' cool. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
