Hi Sharon,We are genuinely sorry to hear your experience was poor. You are absolutely right about the service delay. It was a busy time, and since you only ordered the fries, the dedicated fryers were occupied which caused unexpected bottleneck.We do want to assure you that we use high-quality 9mm, A-grade fries hence the price but we are working on bringing the costing down and continue to serve fresh food to our loving community . However, we understand the delay overshadowed that, and we take full responsibility.We truly hope you'll give us a second chance to serve you better soon.
